| Trainer Course for the Construction Industry Standard [OSHA 500] |

This course is designed for students in the private sector who are interested in teaching the 10- and 30-hour construction safety and health outreach program to their employees and other interested groups. Special emphasis is on those topics that are required in the 10- and 30-hour program and the most hazardous, using OSHA standards as a guide. Course participants learn the effective use of visual aids and handouts. The student can then conduct both 10- and 30-hour construction safety and health courses and issue OSHA student completion cards to participants attesting to course completion. Prerequisite: OSHA #510 and 5 years of construction experience.
