OSHA 7500: Introduction to Safety and Health Management The focus of this one-day workshop is the effective implementation of a company’s safety and health management system. The workshop addresses the four core elements of an effective safety and health system and those central issues that are critical to each element’s proper management. Target Audience: This course is designed for the small employer, business owner or manager designated with the responsibility to develop and manage a firm’s safety and health programs or system. Some of the topics included are: Overview of a Safety and Health Management System Management Leadership and Employee Involvement Worksite Analysis Hazard Prevention and Control Safety and Health Training Program Evaluation Objectives: Upon completion of this course you should be able to: Explain the benefits of implementing a safety and health management system. Identify the core elements of an effective safety and health program. Describe the key processes in each program element.
